Hi

So this is my little blog for me to record my daily workouts and WW accomplishments. I have challenged my self to getting in 150 miles (of cardio) before June 30, 2010. I have started to keep track and as of today I have 5.25miles completed.
As for the whole WW thing I am down 22 lbs since I began on 4/12/2010...so not too bad, it could be better but I will get there....I have a goal to be down another 15lbs by 6/14/2010...I know it is a stretch but I will get it done...
I will run, cross train, elliptical, stair-master and bike to get in all my cardio, I know I can reach my goal.
