getting it DONE

So I have not posted for a while but I have been running and going to the gym everyday....AND I have shin splints, and they hurt like hell. I hate them and there is nothing I can do about them except deal! If I can't run I double up the mileage on the elliptical...which is not my favorite choice but some days the pain is unbearable, but I am getting it done...
On the weight loss front, I AM GETTING IT DONE!!!! I told B I wanted to lose 5 lbs by Saturday and as of right now I am 1 lb away...only one!!!!

W2D4

This workout nearly sent me to the hospital... I did it and OMG, I never felt so awful in my life. I think I need to do the workout in a better ventilated room, because it felt like it was a hundred degrees and now I'm learning that I have a problem with my blood vessels dilating and not contracting fast enough for me causing me to pass out.... often. Stress test scheduled for June 30th...10am.

Cardio......

NOT feeling W2D3 workout, knew I was not up for it mentally, so I just did a 3 mile run instead. I will " Get it DONE" this morning tho.....UGH!!!!!

WOW, loved this however it kicked my BUTT, big time. Managed to get in 7.2 miles of cardio and weights did me in, i was throughly fatigued by the time I was done, but I felt FANTASTIC!!!! Nice to see hubby look and say, "wow I didn't think you were going to finish, good job"

Complete!!! I have to say, the more I get into a routine the more I love the preprogrammed workouts for the day in question...no guess work, no wondering what to do, just go "Get it DONE"
I arrive everyday with my index card in hand and get to it... I love that I can plan the rest of my day around going to the gym because I know how long I will be there, no guess work at all.
