Rest Day

Took a rest day which was much needed as I just completed a 12 hour shift...new things are a starting tomorrow...Work out Box here i come...26 weeks of discipline!!!!

I will be starting this program (Workout Box Fat Burning) on Monday 5/31/10...really counting it as 6/01/10. To date I have lost 23lbs by combing weight watchers and cardio, now I'm ready to step it up a notch.

So tired this morning but.....

I was so tired this morning and didn't really feel like going to the gym, but I did...and wow, I workout better when I'm tired because I did 6 miles and burned 800 calories this morning. I was tired when I finished but I was so proud of myself for getting it DONE! I have to work 12 hours tonight which means I will not get home until 10 am and I am hoping to get in 3.1 miles or a 5K....hey 3.1 is better than none right? Brian is so supportive of my wanting to workout everyday doing something, actually I am very lucky cause he is a gym rat too, which makes it easier to stay committed. Some days like today I don't want to go, but I always feel better after I GET IT DONE, and I feel extremely guilty if I don't go, therefore....I am going and getting it done tomorrow...Oh and its weigh in day....

Hi

So this is my little blog for me to record my daily workouts and WW accomplishments. I have challenged my self to getting in 150 miles (of cardio) before June 30, 2010. I have started to keep track and as of today I have 5.25miles completed.
As for the whole WW thing I am down 22 lbs since I began on 4/12/2010...so not too bad, it could be better but I will get there....I have a goal to be down another 15lbs by 6/14/2010...I know it is a stretch but I will get it done...
I will run, cross train, elliptical, stair-master and bike to get in all my cardio, I know I can reach my goal.
